Jennifer Tran, NP, is a nurse practitioner who takes care of patients in the primary care setting. Ms. Tran earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University where she stayed to complete a Master of Science in Adult Clinical Nurse Specialist and received a Certificate in Critical Care and Nursing Education. She went on to earn her Post-Master Family Nurse Practitioner Certificate at APU and is currently completing her Doctor of philosophy in Nursing. Ms. Tran holds a Nursing Adjunct Faculty position at APU and is a preceptor for nurse practitioner students. In addition to taking care of adults at Sierra Madre Community Medical Group, Ms. Tran has experience with the US Navy Reserve taking care of sailors, marines, and their families. She has also volunteered extensively with the homeless community of Los Angeles county. She speaks fluent English and Vietnamese.
